by Anonymous on Tuesday, October 21 @ 02:52:55 MDT | | It has been posted on quite a few message boards, and confirmed on some of those boards by Sprint developers, that the 608 has some major firmware and hardware problems. I believe there is a recall in effect on it, or will be soon, as Sony-Erricson as sent it back to the drawing boards. FCC has also temporarily suspended the license for the 608 because of the hardware flaws, specifically higher than allowed RF radiation. No date on when or if it will be sent back to Sprint for retesting. |
