Sprint Network Outage Tracker Exits Beta Phase

After taking in a lot of feedback about the Sprint Network Outages tracker, we're ready to take it out of beta. The most frequent suggestion was for an RSS version, and the best way to do that is to deliver such information right here on the newsfeed. We will be adding outages to the newsfeed and removing/updating them once each issue is resolved. Thanks for everyone's feedback on the new feature to Sprint PCS Info.
