PPC-6700/WM5 Bug: OBEX Requires Incoming Beam

In what has to be either the worst workflow ever, or a simple bug (we're leaning towards the bug factor more than MS design "features"), if you want to send files to your PPC-6700 via Bluetooth, you must have "Accept All Incoming Beams" enabled in Settings > Connection > Beam.
This feautre is enabled by default, but most savvy users disable it as it significantly increases the drain on the battery. In addition, when disabled, the 6700 does not broadcast OBEX support, requiring a re-pairing in many cases in order to alert other devices to the 6700's "newfound" support for OBEX file transfer.
